Every quote separates product price, VI PICK service fee, and international shipping. You approve the full quote before any payment.
Product Price
Based on the current local VND price whenever available, rather than automatically using an international or converted retail price.
Personal Shopping Fee
Usually USD 6. Covers availability check, local order placement, store QC, QC video, issue handling, and consolidated packing.
International Shipping
Quoted by destination, parcel weight, and size. Paid before dispatch after you review the QC video.

Do you buy at the local VND price?
We check the current local VND price whenever it is available and show it in your written quote before payment. If the store can only confirm another retail price, we confirm it with you first.
Do I need to pay before asking?
No. We check availability and send a written quote first. You only pay after you approve the quote.
Will I see the item before it ships?
Yes. We check visible item details and send a QC video for your review before dispatch. Approved pieces are combined into one tracked parcel when possible.
How long does the whole process take?
Timing depends on seller response, item availability, domestic delivery in Vietnam, your QC approval, and international shipping. VI PICK confirms the expected timeline before you pay and keeps you updated at each step.
Can you buy from stores that don't have a website?
Yes. A website isn't required. We can work from store names, Instagram or TikTok pages, screenshots, or product photos.
