Getting started
Is VI PICK an online shop?
No. VI PICK is a sourcing service. There's no cart or checkout — every request is a conversation on WhatsApp or email.
Do I need to pay before asking?
No. We check availability and send a written quote first. You only pay after you approve the quote.
Can I request something from TikTok or Instagram?
Yes. Send us the post, screenshot, link, or reference photo — anything that shows what you're looking for.
Pricing & payment
What does a quote include?
Item price, 15% VI PICK service fee, and estimated international shipping. Customs and import fees at the destination are not included.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or Wise in USD or VND. A 50% deposit confirms the request; the balance is paid before international shipping.
What if the item can't be sourced?
We refund your deposit in full. We only take a deposit after confirming the item is available.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
US, EU, UK, Australia, and most of Southeast Asia. Ask us for other destinations — usually possible.
How long does shipping take?
Sourcing in Vietnam takes 2–7 days. International shipping is typically 5–14 days depending on destination and carrier.
Are customs fees included?
No. Import duties and taxes at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I know a message is really from VI PICK?
Payment instructions only come from our official WhatsApp number or hello@picksbyvi.com. Never pay from a DM that doesn't match those channels.
Do you sell replicas?
No. We source from Vietnamese brands and authorized sellers only.
