Item price
The retail price from the Vietnamese brand or seller. We quote the actual price — no hidden markup.
Service fee — 15%
Covers checking availability, communicating with the seller, in-person pickup, quality check in HCMC, and packing.
International shipping
Quoted per destination and weight after the item is confirmed. Customs and import fees are not included.

Payment terms
50% to confirm, 50% before shipping.

- Balance Remaining 50% + shipping paid before international dispatch.

- Refunds If we can't source the item, the deposit is fully refunded.
